The Fulton is a new Jean-Georges restaurant that opened in NYC’s south street seaport at 89 South St, New York, NY 10038
The Fulton, known for its seafood, was a delicious meal perfect for a date night or girls night out. The restaurant is part of Pier 17 and has both indoor and outdoor seating.
What to Order:
We started with the grilled octopus with mozzarella cheese. This unlikely combo was delicious and a real highlight of the meal.
We also started with the Sashimi with Spicy White Ponzu & Wagyu Beef Carpaccio
For our entries we ordered the Gruyère Cheeseburger au Jus which I really enjoyed. It tasted like a grilled cheese with crispy onions on a burger. Of course we each got a side of French fries and then also split the Black Sea Bass
